1.0 General Questions 1.1 Where do you have offices? Our office is located in Hong Kong. In addition, we also have sales department in China where our manufacturing plant is located.   Contact Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am - 6pm BeiJing Time; Alternative hours please e-mail us at info@lanford.com.hk   1.2 What is the stainless steel welded tubes applied for? Stainless steel heating elements/heating exchangers Boilers Regrigerations Evaporators Condensers Components for the automotive industry  1.3 What sizes of tubes do you produce? Sizes rangers from Outer Diameter (O.D) 4.0mm ~ 25mm  with Wall Thickness (W.T) ranging from 0.3mm ~ 1.5mm. For more details on size of the tube/pip we produce, please refer to specification or contact our business department.

2.0 Sample Questions 2.1 Could you post me some samples? Sample price? Sample shipping costs? Sample delivery time? Yes, we can post you some samples for testing. The sample is free. But you need to pay for the sample shipping costs that the post office will quote it for us. It can be paid by cheque posted to us or direct deposit. The shipping costs and delivery time depends on where it is being shipped to. It may take 4 – 7 working days.   2.2 What kind of information do I provide when I want some samples or a quotation?  Your company name  Shipping address  Quantity  Material: e.g. stainless steel 304, 316, 304L, 316L, 840, 800 etc  Size of Tube: Outside Diameter Thickness of Tube  Length of Tube

3.0 Payment Questions 3.1 How can I Pay? Local customers: payment is required in full before the commencement of order by a cheque or direct deposit into our account.   Overseas Customers: (A) 30% Deposit is required (T/T). Leter of Credit (70%) will be arranged and made to “Lanford Hong Kong Limted”. Once we receive it, we will start the production and deliver goods in a certain days that will be specified on the contract. or (B) 80% Deposit is required (T/T); The rest must be paid in 15days after boarding.   3.2 What are the payment methods?   Cheque: Cheques can be made payable to “Lanford Hong Kong Limited”.   Direct Deposit: Account Name: Lanford Hong Kong Limited Account Number: 012-662-1007838-2 (HK Dollar Account); 012-662-9202800-4 (Foreign Account) Bank Name: Bank of China (Hong Kong) Bank Address: Kowloon, Hong Kong   Letter of Credit: This payment method is for overseas customers.

4.0 Shipping Questions 4.1 Can I arrange shipment for myself? Yes, you can. You can contact your local shipping or trading companies. They can help you to take over your goods from us in China and also take the goods away from your local custom.   4.2 Could you arrange shipment for us? Yes, we can. We cooperate with some shipping companies. You need to tell us 3 weeks in advance prior to delivery.
